Located just outside of the Denver metro area, Wheat Ridge is close enough to both city and mountain to provide the perfect escape this season. Private campgrounds & RV parks tend to have more amenities than most public campgrounds, bordering on resorts with all the fun of camping plus pools, club houses, showers, organized activities and more.
Facilities vary from full hookups and drive throughs to rustic tent sites and everything in between. Don't have a tent or RV? No problem.
